My name is Bryanna Parrish, and I\u2019m so happy to be part of the Happy Zone Daycare family,\u00a0since\u00a0February 2024. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with many years of meaningful experience in a supervisory role, where I\u2019ve had the joy of guiding and supporting fellow educators.<\/span><\/p>\n

Working with children has always been more than a career for me, it\u2019s a calling. From my first day in a classroom, I knew this was where I was meant to be. Every smile, every milestone, and every discovery reminds me how special these early years are and how important it is to nurture them with love and patience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over time, I\u2019ve also found joy in supporting and mentoring new educators as they grow in their own teaching journeys. I believe that when educators feel inspired and supported, children feel it too, and that\u2019s what creates the warm, family-like atmosphere we\u2019re so proud of at Happy Zone.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a proud mom to my wonderful daughter, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your child in someone else\u2019s care. That perspective guides everything I do. I want every parent who walks through our doors to feel the same peace of mind I\u2019d want for my own family, knowing their child is safe, happy, and surrounded by caring hearts.<\/span><\/p>\n

At Happy Zone Daycare, my goal is to create a space where children feel at home, where they can laugh, play, make friends, and learn in a loving environment that celebrates who they are. Each day, our team works to fill the center with warmth, laughter, and meaningful moments of discovery.<\/span><\/p>\n

My heart has always been in this work, and it\u2019s a joy to watch children grow into confident, curious, and kind little humans. Together with our amazing team, I\u2019m committed to giving every child the best possible start, one filled with love, encouragement, and endless smiles.<\/span><\/div>\n

Staff Qualifications<\/b><\/h1>\n

All of our educators hold an Early Childhood Education (E.C.E.) diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with current CPR and Infant CPR certification, which is renewed annually. Our teaching staff are thoroughly trained in the centre\u2019s behaviour guidance practices, educational philosophy, and instructional techniques, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs. Vulnerable Sector Checks are mandatory for all full-time and part time positions, including teaching staff, supply educators, child care consultants, resource educators, program assistants, cooks, administrative and clerical personnel, housekeepers, and anyone directly involved in the child-to-staff ratio.<\/span><\/div>\n
